1.Product Overview
The dual power automatic transfer switch (A.T.S) is an automatic transfer switch that integrates switch and logic control without the need for an external controller, truly realizing mechatronics integration. It has functions such as voltage detection, frequency detection, electrical and mechanical interlocking, and can achieve automatic, electric remote, and emergency manual control.

Operation is managed by the logic control board using various logic commands to control the operation of the motor and gearbox.          The motor drives the switch spring to store energy, instantly releases the acceleration mechanism, quickly connects and disconnects the circuit or performs circuit conversion, and achieves safe isolation through obvious visible states, greatly improving various electrical and mechanical performance.

The switch is designed with a metal casing, which is compact and sturdy.          The control part is a metal shell, and the switch shell components are made of glass fiber unsaturated polyester resin, which has strong dielectric properties, protective capabilities, and reliable operational safety.

The automatic changeover switch for dual power supplies is mainly used in the power distribution or generator network with an alternating frequency of 0 Hz, a rated voltage of AC400V, a working voltage of 220V, a rated current of 16A to 3200, a system of switching between a main and a standby or mutual standby power source, and the switching of loads between public power and generator sets.

It can also be for infrequent connection and disconnection of circuits and isolation of lines. The products are widely used in the power distribution and automation systems of important power supply places such as firefighting,, banks, and high-rise buildings where power outages are not allowed.

Adopting dual-column composite contacts, a horizontal pull-out mechanism, pre-stored in a micro-motor, and microelectronic control technology, it essentially achieves zero arc-over (without an arc extinguishing cover);

The load disconnector is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device, ensuring reliable and independent operation of the main and standby power supplies.

It has clear on-off position indication, padlocking function, etc., and reliably achieves isolation between the power source and the load;

5. Description of the switch structure

Manual automatic button: Control the power supply of the internal control circuit of the switch. When the button is turned on, the switch can achieve full automatic, forced "0", and remote operation; When the button is turned off, the switch can only be manually operated.

Operating handle: When manually operating with the operating handle, the electrical lock must be turned off first.

Mechanical padlock: a specialized padlock mechanism for maintenance. During maintenance, turn the switch to the "0" position, then pull up the padlock mechanism and lock it. It can prevent any accidents (pulling up the padlock will cut off the internal control power of the switch, the switch cannot automatically operate, and it can also prevent the handle from being put on).

Indicator: Indicates the position of the switch in three states (I, 0, II).
